Erin Kramer, a Speech-Language Pathologist and founder of Gwendolyn’s Gifts, has dedicated her life to helping others after her daughter, Gwendolyn, was diagnosed with a progressive neurological condition. In 2019, Erin founded Gwendolyn’s Gifts, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides emotional and financial support to families with children in palliative and hospice care. The organization has donated over $450,000 and helped more than 1,250 families. Erin has been recognized with several awards, including the St. Louis Cardinals Pitching In For the Community Award and the Ryan O’Reilly Mighty Kid Award. Despite personal loss, Erin continues to spread positivity, turning her grief into healing and community support.
