Gabriela Ramirez Arellano is a bilingual advocate and thought leader committed to empowering diverse communities. As Vice President of Entrepreneurship at Cortex Innovation District and Executive Director at BALSA Foundation and STLJuntos, she drives initiatives to close the racial wealth gap and promote equitable opportunities. Gabriela is the host of Auténtico Podcast, where she amplifies underrepresented voices, and co-founded Latinas Rising to support Latina women’s growth. She is a contributing author to The Anatomy of Accomplishment and serves on several boards, including Girls on the Run St. Louis and KIVA National Board. Gabriela’s work focuses on social justice, inclusion, and creating thriving ecosystems for all.
