Jennifer Bardot, MA, MS is a dynamic entrepreneur, publisher, and community leader. She is the visionary behind 7 international bestselling anthologies on the theme of G.R.I.T., available at Target, Walmart, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon.

A passionate advocate for women in leadership, Jennifer is the founder of the GRIT Community—a free, empowering leadership network of over 1,200 women. She is a regular contributor to St. Louis Small Business Monthly, where she leads a column spotlighting women leaders. Her influence earned her a place on the magazine’s cover as one of 2021’s Top 100 People to Know to Help Grow Your Business.

Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and dual master’s degrees in Secondary Education Counseling and Private Practice Therapy. She is also certified in Brené Brown’s Dare to Lead training, Women in Leadership, and Leadership St. Louis by Focus St. Louis.

Recognized for her leadership and impact, Jennifer has been awarded the President’s Circle honor by Enterprise Bank & Trust and named a Titan 100 in St. Louis for both 2024 and 2025. She was named one of the most influential women in construction by NAWIC in 2024. She currently serves as a 2024 Visionary and Leadership Board Member for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, and performed with St. Louis Dancing with the Stars in 2025.

Her work has been featured nationally on CNN, ABC, NBC, FOX, and other major media outlets. In addition to her publishing and leadership ventures, she leads two signature brands—Jennifer Bardot Signatures (a jewelry line) and the GRIT Clothing Line. She is a radio personality on 590 AM and the publisher of Neighbors of Webster Groves magazine.
