Noelle Kustas

Noelle Kustas was born and raised in the Palm Springs area of Southern California, where she still resides with her husband. She’s a proud mom of two, her daughter is away pursuing a graduate degree in psychology, and her teenage son is currently in high school. Now embracing her “almost empty nester” season, Noelle draws from her own life journey to empower women navigating change, growth, and rediscovery in midlife.

After more than 25 years as an educator, Noelle took early retirement not to leave her calling, but to expand it. Teaching has always been her superpower, and today she channels that gift into mentoring and guiding women through life’s most transformational seasons. As a certified life coach, speaker, and mentor, she’s the founder of Rise2Shine Co. and The Glow Up Mentoring School for Midlife Mamas, where she helps women reconnect with their identity, gain clarity and confidence, and design a life they truly love. She is the host of the Rise2Shine Podcast and a contributing author in the bestselling book RISE: The Power of Purpose.

Noelle is also Co-Chair of the Bianca Rae Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to youth empowerment and leadership, and she volunteers regularly with local organizations that uplift her community. She leads a vibrant women’s networking community and is known for creating spaces where women feel seen, inspired, and supported. When she’s not mentoring, writing, or speaking, you’ll find her traveling, enjoying time with loved ones, sipping a great cup of coffee, or adding sparkle to everyday life.
