Sierra VanMeter is a salon owner, stylist, and entrepreneur who blends creativity with strategy to help lead one of the Midwest’s fastest-growing beauty brands, The Boulevard Hair Company. Since cofounding the company in 2016 alongside business partner Abigail Culleton, Sierra has become known as the strategic force behind the business—bringing structure, vision, and innovation to a team of more than 100 stylists.

Passionate about mentorship and leadership, Sierra is dedicated to helping others grow in both confidence and career success. Whether behind the chair or building systems that elevate the client experience, she believes true leadership is about investing in people and creating opportunities for others to thrive.

A proud wife and mother of two young children, Sierra is deeply grounded in faith, family, and intentional living.
